Our partner Jordi López Batet and associate Eloi González Riol have contributed to the latest issue of the Revista Aranzadi de Deporte y Entretenimiento with the article "Fuerza mayor y cláusula rebus sic stantibus en la jurisprudencia deportiva internacional" (Force Majeure and the Rebus Sic Stantibus Clause in International Sports Case Law) (issue no. 92, July–September 2026), in which they describe and analyze the extent, prerequisites and interpretation of these concepts in light of the related jurisprudence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
