David Trenchs López

In the non-litigious areas, he advises Statim’s clients on matters concerning employment contracts, collective bargaining, stock option and incentive plans, equal opportunity plans, or the application of collective bargaining agreements, among others, both in general and specialized labor relationships (senior management, athletes, artists, etc.). With regard to litigious matters, he represents the firm’s clients in all types of administrative and judicial proceedings of an employment nature or related to Social Security (dismissals, layoffs, furloughs, violations of fundamental rights, etc.) Likewise, he deals with issues related to immigration law and, in particular, obtaining all types of residence permits, work permits, and NIEs, as well as processing all types of residency requests and renewals.

David is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Lleida (Lleida Bar Association), the Colegio de Gestores Administrativos de Catalunya (College of Administrative Managers of Catalonia) and the Col.legi de Sociòlegs i Politòlegs de Catalunya (College of Sociologists and Political Scientists of Catalonia).
