Sergi Obach Soto

Sergi is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and has developed his professional career in prestigious firms advising national and international clients on a wide range of matters related to trademarks, patents, audiovisual and other intellectual property rights, trade secrets, unfair competition, advertising, sponsorship and image rights, with a special focus on the entertainment, sports, cosmetics, health and new technologies sectors.

In addition, Sergi is an expert in national and international arbitration, as well as in civil and commercial proceedings, including those involving contractual and non-contractual liability, consumer law, commercial collaboration agreements (agency, distribution, franchise and supply agreements), and issues related to real estate and construction law.

He is a member of the Literary and Artistic Association for the Defence of Copyright and of the Arbitration Commission of the Barcelona Bar Association.

He is the author of specialised articles and opinion pieces.
