María is an attorney specialized in Labor and Social Security Law. Among others, she has extensive experience in restructuring, collective dismissals, electoral disputes, substantial modifications of working conditions, equality plans, as well as in the litigation area, where she defends the interests of the firm's clients.
María is a member of the Real e Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Zaragoza (Zaragoza Bar Association) and focuses her practice on Labor and Social Security Law, advising national and international clients on all types of issues related to labor relations, in which she provides regular advice.
María has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, collective dismissals, electoral disputes, substantial modifications of working conditions and equality plans, among others.
In addition, María develops her practice in the contentious area, where she represents the firm's clients in judicial proceedings and subsequent appeals both in the social order, as well as before the competent administrative bodies, including mediation and arbitration services or the labor inspection.
