Fatemeh specializes in arbitration and international sports law. She intervenes in procedures before sports arbitration courts and federative institutions and advises athletes, clubs and other sports entities on contractual and disciplinary matters.
Fatemeh essentially focuses her practice on arbitration and international sports law. She participates in proceedings before all manners of sports arbitration courts and federative institutions, most commonly in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS-CAS) in Lausanne, as well as in disciplinary procedures before UEFA, FIFA, and other sports bodies. Moreover, she has a strong background in corporate and commercial matters and advises athletes, clubs, and other sports entities on contractual and disciplinary matters.
