Eloi is a lawyer specializing in sports law, arbitration, and commercial law. He advises sports clubs and organizations on various areas of law and on federation and arbitration proceedings.
Eloi provides general legal advice to clubs, agents, federations, and other actors in the sports field, and participates in defending their interests in proceedings before sports federations and arbitration bodies, in particular before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
In addition, he has extensive experience in commercial law, having devoted a significant part of his professional career to corporate and real estate transactions and to providing corporate and contractual advice to domestic and foreign clients.
