Eva Díaz Cano

In the procedural field, she has more than 25 years of experience, having intervened in all types of matters before a multitude of instances and jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. Eva focuses her practice on matters of a civil, commercial, contentious-administrative, and criminal nature, advising and representing the firm's clients. In these jurisdictions, she is specialized in formulating extraordinary appeals before the Supreme Court.

She specializes in medical negligence claims, having intervened in numerous disputes of this nature before the civil, contentious-administrative, and criminal courts.

In the field of administrative law, she has wide-ranging experience in handling claims concerning patrimonial liability of Public Administrations and in defending clients in proceedings concerning administrative penalties, including the filing of administrative and contentious-administrative appeals.

In addition, she advises Statim's clients on family and estate law, accompanying them from both a legal and personal standpoint in marital and inheritance matters and defending their interests before the courts in, among others, contentious divorce proceedings and inheritance disputes.

In the criminal field, she represents the firm's clients in all types of criminal proceedings, particularly in crimes against the Public Administration and corporate and financial crimes.
